Who is Earth Angel?

Angel’s journey has always been deeply spiritual. Unfolding in quiet intuition and steady self-discovery long before she stepped into her role as a practitioner. Sound Healing became her chosen path because it was the modality that personally helped transform herself from the inside out.

Moving through emotional layers, reconnecting with inner truth, and building a foundation of self-love and inner confidence. Now, sharing that same supportive space with others- a space where you can breath again, soften again, and feel free to release what no longer serves you.

She opened her practice to the Watertown community in May 2024, starting with in-home sessions and in January 2025 she started offering community sessions at Ready 2 Dance. With great response, she opened her own location at 204 S Water St. Watertown, WI in June 2025.

Through visually guided mediation, frequency, and intention, she invites clients into deeper self-connection, emotional healing, and the rediscovery of their own light. An array of instruments are used including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, ocean drum, koshi chimes and more.

Angel has learned a lot through personal growth experiences and a multitude of classes taken over the years. She has attended 8 over-night spiritual retreats and has completed online and in-person certification courses in sound healing. She traveled to Tampa, FL in Oct 2024 for trauma informed sound therapy training. She is Level 1 Usui Reiki Certified, although she has found her own path to move and release energy.

What are the benefits of sound healing?

Nervous System Reset - Helps shift you from your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight), to your parasympathetic nervous system, where you can properly rest and digest. Many of us are stuck in our sympathetic nervous system without even realizing it. Our fast paced society makes it tough to properly process everything we experience daily. Sound helps relax your nervous system so you can respond to situations with self-awareness and intention instead of responding from auto-pilot.

Stress & Anxiety Relief - Gentle frequencies calm the mind, soften tension, and create a space for peace and stillness. Helps you build a stronger sense of self that builds confidence in our choices and actions, which in turn, reduces our stress response and reduces anxiety.

Improved Sleep - Sound waves slow brain activity, making it easier to drift into rest and restore your energy. So many customers have raved about the increased quality of sleep they get after attending sound baths regularly. I recommend having some down time to yourself after a session.

Emotional Release - The vibrations can shake loose stagnant energy and old emotions, allowing healing and clarity to rise to the surface. I encourage people to release any emotions that may arise if they feel the need to. This is a safe space, free of judgment and filled with love.

Energy Alignment - Sound helps clear blockages in the body’s energy center (chakras), restoring balance and flow. We are energy beings living a human experience. Our energy centers govern different aspects of our physical life, so keeping these centers flowing properly is important for physical functions as well.

Physical Support - The vibrations encourage circulation, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote overall sense of well-being.

Expanded Awareness - Sound can open the door to deeper mediation, intuitive insights, and connection to your higher self. Get to know yourself on a deeper level. Truly get to know your soul, discover your true path for this lifetime.

How many sessions are needed?

This varies for everyone. Depending where you are at on your spiritual journey, we are all on different paths. I explain it in the words of Shrek, healing is like an onion, there are layers. There is no set amount of sessions or set amount of time. We are in charge of our own healing, I am here to help guide you and move energy, but essentially you are doing the deep inner work. Your healing depends on you.

I do recommend regular energy maintenance. Once a week would be ideal, however bi-weekly or once a month tends to work for people.

What can I expect?

All sessions receive a reflection sheet to take home to reflect on anything you experienced during your session and a small gift from me to show my gratitude.

I typically have a candle, incense, sage or palo santo burning before and during a session.

All of my sessions include frequency played from Tibetan or crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and also a visually guided mediation, unless specified different.

Some people experience an emotional release during the session. If you feel emotions arising, I encourage you to allow them to flow. This is a safe, judgement free space, emotions show energy movement. Tears bring release and transformation. Please do not hold it in, that is counteractive to what we are trying to achieve.

Be gently with yourself the next couple days after a session. Energy release can be powerful and sometimes it takes our 3d body to catch up to frequency changes. Allow any emotions that come up to pass without judging yourself or attaching a story to it. Give your emotions the space they need to transform on their own.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself with an open mind. I provide cushioned mats and small pillows. Please bring extra pillows if you are prone to snore when you get relaxed.

Bring anything else that makes you feel safe and comfortable. Blankets, stuffed animals, its all welcomed! You can bring a water bottle if you’d like, otherwise I provide small bottles of water.

What if I fall asleep?

That’s ok! Your body will still receive the full benefits of the frequency played. You will miss the guided meditation, but that’s ok. If you fall asleep, your body needs it. It will be the BEST nap of your life!

If you’re attending a group session and know you are prone to snoring, please bring a nasal strip or extra pillows to prop yourself up during the session. Snoring is natural and ok, however in a group setting if it becomes too loud or disruptive, I will gently tap your foot or shoulder.
